The central Zakat council shall consist of a chairman and four persons to be nominated by the president of whom three shall be Ulema nominated in consultation with the:
A ) Ministry of religious affairs
B ) Provincial Zakat council
C ) Council of Islamic ideology ✅
D ) Administrator general of Central zakat council
